conclusion.. engineers are logical and planning pple. use their left brain.
don't hve much interpersonnal skills....
everything they talk need facts n evidences to support.....

my first day of work... nervous, cant sleep... cant image how it will be like.
on 30th july 2007.. i going to start my first day of work at a defence company....
9am to 1pm... pre team building workshop....
1pm.. lunch at ntu...
2pm.. reach sci park for briefing... what a hectic day.. i cant imagine..

Getting fatter n fatter..
23/7 to 27/7 is supposed to be a week for me to enjoy before i offical start work.. haiz.. a bit worry how is my new working environment.... its been 3 to 4 yrs when i was a newbie at a totally new company.

This whole week has been a busy week. busy shopping and eating... great damage to my pocket too.. my last mth attachment pay is gone...

tried kushinbo, german paulaner brauhaus, carlton hotel, new asia bar, waraku pasta, hogs breath @ chijmes etc etc....

so say not fat who believe...

its my 2nd time going to german paulaner brauhaus which was intro to me by my dear. but this time we made a scene there.. smashed bday cake on J, think the waiter there buai tahan us... had different kind of wine, beer.... i drank cranberry juice which was beening mocked for the whole dinner..




This is my 2nd time going to new asia bar.. had a fun time there every if only 3 of us went.. as usual the bday boy J n kelly. heng tis time our kelly san 手下留情, else i think i confirm will be drunk.

Pulau Bukom 21-07-07 to 22-07-07
Pulau Bukom, also known as Pulau Bukum, is a small island located about 5km to the south of the main island of Singapore. The size of Pulau Bukom is about 1.45 km².

The island is currently the site of the Shell's oil refinery and plants for manufacture of chemicals. Shell's association with the island dates back to 1891, when the company used the island to store kerosene.


This is where i spend my weekend 21/7 to 22/7. As it is an oil refinery, we are restricted to only selected areas such as the club house and jetty. however i still manage to take pictures. Think you all will ask me... y do i go to such an ulu ulu place... reason is becoz my auntie find that we are not close to our cousins, so wish to book a chalet to let us have the chances to interact. As its was at a late deadline, was unable to get any chalet in Spore. Then since my dad work in Shell.. so off we go there. Since primary school days... think its been ard 10 years ++ where i have no been to that island..

Hogs Breath Cafe at Chijmes
Had dinner with rachel, lydia, simon and callyn at hogs breath cafe at chijmes.

the ambiene there is good... lighting, atmosphere.. food wise no complains as the beef is damn damn thick.. luckily i shared a portion with lydia.. thus not much food wasted...
got time can go and try...

Finally no more studies..
yeah... can finally say i have completed all my modules in NTU and no need to bother abt school works, reports, project anymore.
my industrial orientation at TWM is finally completed.

20/7 is fiona san bday, so on 19/7.. so me, may and lydia brought her to KTV at Marina Kbox. as usual we sang till 1am +, as this time round there were no guys ard.. we gals need to imitate the guy low pitching which is a very tough thing when we sang duet. **sudden realise the importance of guys when we sang ktv**


20 jul 2007... official my last day, spend the day in office taking photo, uninstalling programs in my desktop, realised i put in damn lot of rubbish inside (illegal programmes n mp3), spend an hr doing it.. after that meet up with J and kelly for dinner n shopping in isetan scott.. heng ah.. tis time round no damage.. **due to some comments by J**
anyway also changed my spec recently..so a new look? more nerdy?
received an SMS frm my lady boss in TWM ard 7pm. it make me so touched and feel like crying when i read the msg:


"Thanks for your help. sorry i did not have much time talking to you. take care".

Although this short message might not mean any meaning to others.. but i don't understand y am i so emotionally touched....
The bosses in TWM are good, great.......

Shop, Eat, Search
A very busy week. agree with lydia that i should go home regularly for dinner this week so as to save up for saturday metro sale... who know.. in the end, only had dinner at home on monday.


Tue, meet up with a frenz for lunch. was introduce to the fried fish soup at geylang.. the soup taste very sweet.. feeling damn full after that. had dinner at imm level 3 hk cafe outside daiso. the food & pricing there was reasonable, but service was not that great. had a guilty meal, other than main course, we order desert followed by drink that have ice-cream served on top of it..


Wed, decided that i am getting too fat.. out of control so went swimming with AP at delta pool. Ah li san was supposed to join us, but fly aeroplane.. as usual lor.. her pattern. The pool was damn crowded, there was water aerobic class conducted, thus was not able to swim straight. need to watch up for incoming n passing by swimmer...

It was very long since i went for exercise.. had a great sleep that nice as too exhausted.



Thur... this was the first time i spend 1 hr + calling all the toy shops n departmental store in spore looking for this.

cant believe that stock arrived at metro paragon at 3pm and by 4pm its was gone. heard that some people buy in bulks. Stupid scalpers.. they buy and then sell ex ex in ebay n yahoo. retail cost only $26.90 and they are selling ard $39 to USD$40. cant believe there are buyers online who buy from this people.

Sunday, rest, eat n Shop Again
Sunday.. is supposed to be a day to rest at home. Today our Ms Suen is supposed to give us a treat. Meeting 6pm at bugis control station.

As usual, i take my own sweet time to leave hse. reached bugis ard 0545pm. Still got 15min left, so decided to go kinokuniya help my dearest youngest sister to buy her July Edition of Play Magazine.

On the escalator up, saw Outfitter having Sale.. cant resist the temptation and i went in to take a look..

hehe, as usual.. since its was so cheap 1 piece for $12 or 2 for $20, i bought 2 tops (a T-shirt with my horoscope and a sweet purple blouse). cant resist the temptation as it was damn cheap. the skirts, pants, dresses were going for only $15. maybe free can go down c c again.

Had vegetarian 5-courses dinner at the hawker opposite bra bersah complex. We ordered mayononise prawn, fried mushroom, tofu, lotus soup, tapioca vegetable. quite tasty the food.. not bad..

after that was desert time, brought them to Ah Chew Desert House at Liang Seah Street... it was quite crowded but luckily we manage to find a table for 7 of us.

i ordered hongkong red bean ice with vanilla ice-cream.. looks n taste good, but was damn guility after that.. when am i going to start exercising lei?? hehe

Got these as a gifts this weekend.. look cute right?

Adidas Warehouse Sale
Went to the Adidas Warehouse Sale at Wing Tai Warehouse with my frenz (my shopping kaki)...

This is the first time i took the NEL to Kovan.. is a totally different feeling. Once step out of the MRT, everything seem so strange to me, the people.. the environment..., the air... hehee

Wing Tai Warehouse is just a 5 to 10 min walk frm the NEL, unlike the other warehouse sales i went, this was aircon.. a relieved as the weather is quite hot..
For all warehouse sale, you must be prepared to dig.. we spend ard 2 to 3 hours there.. cant believe we were like digging all the wargons in the room, finding for things i want...
As usual, my total damage was $92.. bought a green adidas original jacket ($69) and a big tote bag ($23)..


After 2 years, this is my second adidas jacket, but luckily this time, i bought its at a sale, was at ard 30 to 40% reduction..
Went to kovan hongkong cafe for dinner, never really eat much as was not hungry, juz ordered a peanut butter toast shared with frenz n HK milk tea. The service as this cafe suck, although it was the same branch as the one at marina square, the attitude of the staff there was unbearable.. i was abt to scream n vowed that i wun step in to this branch again.

After dinner we went back town again, lucky there was no damage this time as i was really broke.. we went to the isetan clarin counter n had a chat with the clarin gal there. she was so good.. gave us lots of samples to try...
hehe, but this time the samples are mostly for guy.. only 1 matt foundation for me to try..

finally got my Ipod Adapter frm my sister frenz.. bought it at quite a cheap price ($41) as compare to outside retail ($54)..
finally no need to keep on charging it via PC usb...
talking abt ipod make me realise that my internship is coming to an end... meaning...

No more student liao, have to face the working
world..


talking about it give me a shiver.. don't know am i able to face it anot..

anyway... tired liao.. will continue updates tml..
