Ma Maison @ Central
2 sick persons were searching for place for dinner @ central on friday nite.
initially wanted to go to the famous ramen store was as the Q were damn long and the food don't look so fantastic (reasoning made as those pple look like eating maggi), we decided to skip the choice.
Finally decided on Ma Maison which overlook Singapore river..... but we waited for 45min for a table to be allocated to us.
But luckily its worth the wait.
The ambiene is good. The resturant is done up to look like an English cottage with lovely dim lighting in the form of candles and vintage table lamps.. make you feel cosy and just like home.
The cusine type is Japanese-style western food.
Our Appetizer is Baked Escargot grilled with garlic, followed by Hamburger Steak and lastly cheese cake and brownie...
When its time for bill, we were given a heavy brass key and key ring to be brought to the counter.

Overall its a very special experience... worth to go and try again.. maybe at the other outlet at bugis.
Oh yes... thank J for the treat.....
